By the end of the day you collapse into bed completely exhausted, wondering where the time went. You awake the next day with another to do list and start all over again. But we need to rest. There is a reason that one of Gods Ten Commandments was to observe the Sabbath. God knew that without a command to rest, we never would. God knows that we need time to sit quietly and relax. So take some time this week, even if it is only an hour, and rest. You might even find that by taking that time, you will get more done. Hebrews 4:10 For all who have entered into Gods rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world.
